Ready-to-Wear FAQs

We take pride in our work at Julian Jeremy Millinery, and great care is taken to make sure customers are 100% satisfied with their headpiece. This is why we recommend that you contact Julian Jeremy Millinery if you have any concerns over purchasing any products from us. Contact us

Please note that, due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the colour of products may appear different. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products we sell. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Items and images bearing the Julian Jeremy Millinery Label and on the website are subject to copyright of Julian Jeremy Millinery. Any reproduction of images must obtain permission from Julian Jeremy Millinery.

  • All headpieces are delicate, so make sure to protect the headpiece from adverse weather. Seek shelter from rain, snow or high winds.

  • Please note that Terms and Conditions vary for Ready-to-Wear, Hire and Commissioned contracts and would advise clicking on the links from the drop down FAQ menu.

  • Signing any Ready-to-Wear receipt, Hire Contract and/or Commissions Invoice, affirms you have read all the terms and conditions associated with it.

Payment:

  • Please make sure to have read all Terms and Conditions before placing your purchase.

  • Payment methods are made safe and securely.

  • Julian Jeremy Millinery does accept PayPal.

  • Prices on the website include shipping. Price will be amended if collection from the studio has been confirmed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been confirmed and an email will be sent shortly afterwards confirming delivery information.

Cancelllations:

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges on 'change of mind' after 14 days. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping and Returns:

  • Headpieces can be collected from the studio upon confirmation with the studio.

  • For ready-to-wear headpieces, prices on the website include shipping. Price will be amended if collection from the studio has been confirmed.

  • Shipping costs vary from item to item, due the weight and/or size.

  • All shipping is despatched within the UK by Royal Mail. If you require an alternative shipping method then this must be disclosed prior to purchase.

  • All shipping will be despatched tracked (Tracking number sent via email) and will require a signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery dates will vary according to location and shipping method, but usually within 3-5 working days.

  • The upmost care is taken in the packaging of your headpiece so that it arrives in the condition as seen online.

  • Any damage during shipping to your delivery address, must be reported immediately, with photos tjulianjeremy@hotmail.co.uk

  • Shipping refers only to headpieces that have been despatched via the post to you, the customer. Not in the transportation of headpieces that are collected in person from the studio.

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges on 'change of mind' after 14 days. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Returns are free and easy from anywhere in the UK. Please contact julianjeremy@hotmail.co.uk for advice.

  • It is your responsibility, the customer on the invoice, to ensure this return reaches us. Please email a photo of the tracking receipt from the Post Office to julianjemery@hotmail.co.uk

  • Returns must be made within 14 days and will only be accepted unused, with the swing ticket, hypoallergenic tape intact, and in their original undamaged packaging.

  • When the headpiece is returned and reviewed, refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to pay for it.
